The annual OSSA congress will be held at the CTICC in Cape Town from 14 to 17 March 2013.
“Ubuntu” is an African philosophy focusing on people’s allegiances and relations with one another.
It speaks of our interconnectedness and ability to openly share. At its core are generosity and the desire to see others happy.
Cape Town will provide a magnificent venue for us to have our meeting, spend time with old friends, make new friends and experience the South African Ophthalmology “Ubuntu”.
We have assembled a great faculty, in a world class city during most locals’ favourite month of the year. We have a convenient venue, large trade exhibition and fun social functions planned.
There will be a full programme for Ophthalmologists and concurrent programmes for Optometrists, Ophthalmic Assistants, Ophthalmic Nurses and Hospital & Practice Managers.
The 2013 Congress will take place at the Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC).
The Cape Town International Convention Centre is located in the heart of the city. The convention centre has it all: it is accessible and highly-accommodating, and provides flexible facilities that will meet the needs of delegates, sponsors and exhibitors.
