For the past two years I have been a patient of Dr Roux’s. During this time I have been treated for eye infections in both eyes; a corneal graft in my left eye and cataract surgery in my right eye.
Due to the severity of my eye infection, I had to see Dr Roux on a regular basis, sometimes twice a week and familiarized myself with the procedures of the staff. I therefore regard myself as an expert regarding Dr Roux and his staff’s daily operations and given this statement, the following is applicable:

• Dr Roux maintains at all times a highly professional interaction with his patients. His interaction is furthermore based on a deep medical knowledge and willingness to assist when necessary day and night. He is friendly, sincere, and considerate. Caring for his patients’ is second nature to him.
• The example that Dr Roux sets for his consulting rooms and Garden Route Eye Surgery, has cultivated a culture of excellent service. Patients can rest assured that they are in capable hands.

How comforting it was in an emergency and unfamiliar situation having such professional and compassionate staff caring for me. Thank you Dr. Johannes Meyer and your well trained staff for making your patients feel at ease and knowing we are in the best hands. I appreciate you all.
